The kitesurf bubble & FOMO – the Fear Of Missing Out

Kitesurfing is so much fun that for most of those who try it leads to addiction soon. But this addiction doesn’t necessarily simplify our everyday life, hehe!
Thinking all the time about how to get your next session as quick as possible and organizing your whole life around the sport often turns out in a huge challenge. A challenge that has huge impact not only to your personality and relationships but also into your work life, living situation and so much more.

So there are two terms I’m talking about in this article:  the “kitesurf bubble” and FOMO (have you ever heard of this?) – read more in the following!

How to get great kitepictures: Easy tricks to go

For most kitesurfers the moment they get their first kitepicture is a very special one. Even if (like it was in my case) it’s a blurry shot on which you are just the size of an ant, you are proud like hell – and of course you want to post it on facebook, insta etc. immediately!

5 questions, 5 answers: Julia Castro

Hi @ all,

time for another “5 questions, 5 answers” interview! Lately I asked Julia Castro, Teamrider for North Kiteboarding about how kiteboarding changed her life and how she starts practicing new tricks … but enough, I don’t want to tell you everything before. I just tell you: It’s definitely worth reading it, cause the half spanish/half danish prorider answered very detailed and personally! I could learn a lot from what she was telling me and I’m looking forward already to getting the opportunity to ask her for tips again.
